These half-grown chickens come out to the road to check for juicy tidbits, but the one on the left is hightailing it back into its yard through the fence. You can barely see a few black tailfeathers. The one on the right is still foraging. I pass them every morning on my way up the hill.

Sahondra, who has been cleaning the offices for the church for many years. Such a nice lady.
A new senior couple, the Carons from Quebec, arrived in Tana yesterday after a 24-hour flight from the Mission Training Center in Utah, where there is a huge flu outbreak which has affected 250 missionaries, including Sister Caron. They were totally exhausted. I remember that feeling. Today they are looking a bit more chipper.
